What we collect

• Your name and email address (provided when you create an account).
• Coaching messages you send and receive.
• Subscription status (managed by Stripe; we do not store your card data).
• Basic usage analytics (page visits, no personal identifiers shared with third parties).

How we use it

• To provide coaching services and respond to your messages.
• To process subscription payments via Stripe.
• To send service-related emails (account confirmations, billing notices).
• To improve the service in aggregate, never by surveilling individual conversations.

Who sees your messages

Amanda Bonello reads your messages. No third-party AI services, no contractors, no other team members. Your messages are stored in Supabase, a SOC 2 Type 2 compliant database provider, encrypted at rest and in transit.

HIPAA notice

GLP1Coach is a coaching service, not a covered healthcare entity under HIPAA. We take confidentiality seriously, but please understand the legal protections that apply to a physician-patient relationship do not apply here. Do not share information you would not be comfortable sharing in a coaching context.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, request deletion of your account, or ask any question about your data at any time by emailing media@glp1studio.com.

We use only essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
