Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or subscribing to GLP1Coach, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

GLP1Coach provides compassionate one-on-one health coaching for people taking or considering a GLP-1 medication. Coaching is delivered by Amanda Bonello, ACE-certified health coach and weight management specialist. Coaching is not medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. See our Disclaimer.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel anytime from your account dashboard; access continues through the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to harass, threaten, or harm others; to share content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringing; or to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or attack the platform.

5. Response times

Amanda responds to messages within 48 hours, with occasional exceptions for travel and speaking engagements that are announced in advance.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if continued coaching would not be appropriate. In such cases we will refund any unused prepaid time on a pro-rata basis.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Our content and tools

The tools, calculators, guides, and written content on this site were created by and are owned by GLP-1 Studio LLC, along with the GLP-1 Coach name and logo.

You are welcome to use them for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, to link to them, and to bring them to your clinician. You may not copy, republish, sell, scrape, or mine them, use them to train a machine-learning model, or reproduce their text, layout, or code in a competing product.

Facts and published research belong to everyone, and we encourage you to follow our sources. The particular wording, structure, and code on this site are ours.

Coaches, clinicians, and educators who want to use a tool with their own clients or in a class are welcome to ask — write to media@glp1studio.com and permission is usually easy to arrange.
