When another professional should be contacted first
Please contact an appropriate licensed professional before returning to coaching if you are experiencing urgent symptoms, thoughts of suicide or self-harm, an active eating disorder, severe substance-use distress, or an unsafe living situation.
What I will do if a message concerns me
If a message suggests an immediate safety risk or a need for medical or mental health care, I will tell you directly and point you to an appropriate resource. I may pause coaching until that level of support is in place.
That response is about keeping the scope of coaching clear. It is not a judgment about you or your situation.
